Mijas pueblo is located at the Sierra the Mijas and is one of th best example of an authntic white Andalucian village. The whit houses, winding narrow strets, blue accents and the donkeys in the centre give Mijas lots of atmosphere.
Mijas is a touristic and cosy place with nice souvenir shops (ceramics!) and a bullfighters arena. Considering Mijas is exactly on the other side of the Sierra de Mijas, Mijas can even be reached on foot from Finca Roca Vista after a walk of several hours over the mountain range. In Mijas Pueblo you have a view over Fuengirola, Mijas Costa and the Mediterranean sea.
