Car route from Málaga airport to Finca Roca Vista

After leaving the airport:

1. Follow Torremolinos/Cadíz
2. Take exit Coín/Alhaurín el Grande, this is the A404 to Churriana
3. You wil get to a roundabout with big blue letters with the word ‘Churriana’. Follow the white sign which says Churriana, Cártama, Alhaurín de la Torre and the blue sign below saying Córdoba, Granada, Sevilla (AP-46)
4. Follow this road untill you get once again to a roundabout with the word in big blue letters: ‘Churriana’. Here you have to take the second exit: Alhaurín de la Torre and keep following this road straight ahead.
5. Please keep following this road through Alhaurín de la Torre passing several roundabouts and traffic lights.
6. After leaving Alhaurín de la Torre you will get again to a roundabout and there take the third exit in the direction of Coín and Alhaurín el Grande; this is once again the A404.
7. Keep following the A404 and after several kilometers you will see on your right the golf course Lauro Golf.
8. About 1 kilometer further you will see in the first curve/bend to the right a road/exit on the left. On the left of this exit you wil see a few garbage containers. Please take this exit, it’s called Camino de Ardalejos  (When you missed this exit you will see a sign ‘Centro de Meditación Kadampa’ please turn back!)
9. After about 100 meters you will see an exit with our Finca Roca Vista sign and also mailboxes. Please take this exit to the left; this is Camino de las Minas. Follow this road up and you will pass B&B Finca Sonrisa. About 400 meters further you have arrived at  Finca Roca Vista. The entrance is on the left corner Next to the Finca Roca Vista sign. Please phone me and we will open the gate.

If you are coming from the village of Coin:

1. It is best to follow the A404 which runs north of the village of Alhaurin el Grande. If you drive under Alhaurin el Grande you will see the village center and the Sierra de Mijas mountain on your right.
2. Then you will come to a roundabout (on the right you will see a white fruit hall and on the other side of the roundabout you will find the Repsol petrol station and a Peugeot garage.
3. Here you turn right and drive towards the center of the village. You pass several shops and follow this road until you reach the second roundabout (recognizable by the stone cross on it and restaurants / terrace).
4. Here you go three quarters and follow this road past many restaurants.
5. At the end of this street is a BP petrol station at a roundabout. You keep following this road straight ahead (this is the A404 direction Alhaurin de la Torre).
6. After about a 5 minute drive you will be confronted with several sharper bends in a row (passing restaurant Venta la Recta on your right).
7. You will see a street sign at one of these curves on the right side: Camino Ardalejos and some rubbish containers. Take this exit. (If you pass Lauro Golf, you have driven a bit too far).
8. After 150m you will see a road on the left with a sign for Finca Roca Vista (and some mailboxes). Turn into this road (towards the mountain). After 500m you will pass B & B Finca Sonrisa and continue to follow the road towards the mountain until you see the entrance (with banner on the fence) of Finca Roca Vista after 400m.

If you are coming from Cartama:

1. You are on the MA-3304 to Alhaurin el Grande.
2. You arrive at a roundabout and on the other side of the roundabout you see the Repsol petrol station and behind it a Peugeot garage.
3. At this roundabout cross over and drive towards the center of the village. You pass several shops and follow this road until you reach the second roundabout (recognizable by the stone cross on it and restaurants / terrace).
4. Here you go three quarters and follow this road past many restaurants.
5. At the end of this street is a BP petrol station at a roundabout. You keep following this road straight ahead (this is the A404 direction Alhaurin de la Torre).
